Before that, who knows??? (That is, unless you count a shuttle at a public event.) So I guess my answer is, NEVER.

It was my main means of travel half the time I lived in Atlanta because I didn't have a car (you also don't want to drive to some parts due to no parking) & for when I'm in the city. Will likely use it much more once I live there. Also use the train to get into the city but in this town & where I grew up, there is no public transportation that is either available when I need it or goes where I need to go.
